John is the Owner of All-Star Realty Associates, which he established in 1997 after working at a number of Real Estate Agencies in the area.  He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since May of 1980 and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer annually since 1986 and is a member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors as well as being licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.


Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Carolina University in June of 1974, he worked for corporations such as J.P. Stevens, but found that he had an affinity for Real Estate because of family influence in the business for many years, so he left the corporate world to pursue helping people to market and sell their properties, as well as assisting buyers to find the right property and protecting them in those purchases.

Licensed in Real Estate in June of 1996, Rose has been recognized by the Spartanburg Board of Realtors with the Award of Excellence (Million Dollar Producer), working with John since April of 1997. Having previously worked in the construction industry for around 15 years, she found that she really enjoyed helping people in purchasing properties.  Rose has been an active member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors, having served on the Executive Board for several years, Chairwoman of the Community Services Committee and on the Multiple Listing Service Board for two years.

Teena (better known as Teena B.) has been licensed since 1992 and is a full-time, high-touch, full-service Realtor/Broker licensed in both SC and NC and has a strong referral network.  Teena B. keeps up with what is happening in real estate and has been President of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors, Regional Vice President & Parliamentarian of the S.C. Association of Realtors, chosen by her peers as Realtor of the Year and has served on numerous committees.  While Teena B. may be referred to as a bit of a "work-a-holic", she still finds time to enjoy her family and hobbies. Sandra has been licensed since 1986 and has a number of professional designations such as Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).  Sandra specializes in helping buyers to find properties.

 

Before going into Real Estate full time, Sandra taught Biology and Chemistry for 30 years, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berry College in Rome, GA, with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry and received her Masters in Teaching degree from Converse College.
